Every Monday morning, our company is greeted with a routine meeting designed to lay a solid foundation for our journey into the new week. This meeting focuses on several core issues. The first one is about the optimisation of the meeting system: we decided to adjust the original weekly meeting to once a month, and at the same time, the daily order clocking frequency was adjusted from daily to weekly, and formally included in the performance appraisal system. This change was aimed at grasping order dynamics more precisely, effectively preventing any possible omissions, and ensuring smooth and accurate business operations.
Secondly, we emphasised the continuous promotion of network development. The core objective of this strategic initiative is to broaden the company's market reach, so that more potential customers can come into contact with and understand our brand, thus attracting more orders and injecting inexhaustible momentum into the company's sustained growth.
Last but not least, the meeting also focused on clarifying and reaffirming the scope of responsibilities of each team member. We firmly believe that only when everyone clearly understands their roles and tasks and is fully committed to fulfilling them, the overall effectiveness of the team can be maximised, ensuring the smooth progress and efficient completion of the company's work.
